The mission of the Waterbury Exchange Club Charitable Foundation is to raise the public awareness of child abuse and its systemic causes as well as the ramifications of its long term effects. The Foundation strives to fulfull its mission by raising funds to break the cycle of child abuse through education and appropriate therapies; disseminating funds to local non-profit agencies who are dedicated to aiding those suffering the effects of child abuse and trying to break free from that cycle and to aid and assist local educators, health care providers, behavioral health professional and other associated entities to educate and remediate where and when child abuse occurs.
