Brian Gibbons Homeless Outreach program provides resources and hope to the homeless community. Our mission is to locate, engage, and support the homeless and those at risk of homelessness in the Greater Waterbury area to make appropriate referrals that lead to affordable and safe housing. We provide case management, counseling, and support services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. • Intensive Case Management • Basic Need Supplies Provided • Crisis Management • Counseling • Referrals to shelter/treatment • Housing Support • Advocacy We will meet individuals and families wherever it’s convenient for them – tents, abandoned buildings, encampments, cars, or anywhere necessary. Visits are made several times a week despite the weather.
